: The collection of children’s data was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Institute of Psychology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. All procedures used in this study comply with the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Collection of parrots’ data complied with Czech legislation concerning animal welfare and no approval of the research ethics committee was required because the parrots were not directly physically interfered with in any way.
