: The present study was registered with the code of ethics (IR.IAU.H.REC.1401.004). The participants were informed about the purpose of the research and its implementation steps. The subjects were also assured of the confidentiality of their information and could leave the study at any time, and the study results would be provided to them if desired. Written consent was obtained from the participants. Besides, after completing the study and observing the effectiveness of the CBT intervention, this package was implemented intensively and quickly for the control group.
