: This subset is from a parent study on the clinico-etiologic spectrum of neurological manifestations of free-living amoebic infections in adolescents and adults at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram in 2025.In this series, only patients of the TSP phenotype who had molecular confirmation of FLA infection were included.
