: This study was conducted on a bacterial strain isolated in a laboratory hospital and that was later sent to the reference laboratory at the Portuguese National Institute of Health for characterization. No other biological material was collected from the patient. The information regarding the identity of the patient was not provided to the authors as it was kept confidential by the hospital. The hospital is not identified in the manuscript.
