Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (UAM), São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Protocol No. CAAE No. 68948922.6.0000.5492) following the Brazilian law requirements of Resolution No. 466/2012 of the Brazilian National Health Council.
: Consent was obtained from the Vivalle Laboratory for the use of stored routine serum samples. The authors requested a waiver from the ethics committee for obtaining an individual consent form from each patient, since the samples were collected during routine blood collection and no personal information was provided by the Laboratory.
