: The protocol of the study was approved by the institutional ethics committee (MMDU/IEC/140-E) and the study was done strictly in accordance with the guidelines of Helsinki declaration, revised guidelines 2013. The study followed the ethical guidelines issued by the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS) in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) under the titled, “International Ethical Guidelines for Health-related Research Involving Humans” 2016. The unique Universal Trial Number (UTN) U1111-1237-6893 was obtained for the study. The study protocol was registered in the clinical trial registry with the unique Clinical Trial Number (NCT04320914) on 25th March 2020 ().
