: • All procedures performed in the study followed the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and followed the 1964 Helsinki Declaration/its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.• Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. All possible steps and limitations were explained. Risk-benefit items, including hazards of the laser machine were clarified to the individual patient.
