: A potential conflict of interest exists because DENKA Corporation performed the cancer panel analysis (CANCERPLEX-JP) free of charge. However, only anonymized identification numbers for all samples were disclosed, and all medical information including age and gender were masked. This prevented the results of the cancer panel analysis from being represented as favorable to DENKA Corporation, which had no influence on the planning, implementation, and results of the study.
