: This research study was conducted retrospectively from data obtained for clinical purposes. The Essentia Health Human Research Protection Program determined that our project was not a human-subject research; although it was a systematic investigation, results were not generalizable outside of our trauma center, and identified this study as a quality improvement project. Consequently, the Institutional Review Board review and approval were not required for this project.
