: This study utilized fertilized eggs of the domestic Hungarian White Goose ( Anser anser domesticus ), which is not a protected or endangered species. All experimental procedures were conducted on embryos prior to hatching. According to the national legislation of China and the institutional guidelines of Jilin Agricultural University, no specific ethical approval or permit was required for research involving avian embryos at these developmental stages. The study was conducted in strict accordance with all relevant institutional and international guidelines.
