: The analyses based on publicly available datasets (TCGA and GEO) did not require additional ethical approval. The human lung adenocarcinoma tissue microarray (Cat. No. HLugA030PG04-2) used for immunohistochemistry analysis was purchased from Shanghai Outdo Biotech Company (Shanghai, China). All tissue samples in this commercial microarray were collected with informed consent from donors, and the supplier obtained ethical approval.
