: Because the present study was retrospective in nature, the institutional review board waived the requirement for informed consent, except for one patient. An opt-out method was used. To ensure patient privacy, identifiers were omitted from the results. Informed consent was obtained from one patient to allow us to publish a photograph of part of the face focusing on the eyes. The consent form was obtained from the corresponding author.
