: The present study conformed to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Musashino Red Cross Hospital (approval number 7004). The team acquired no administrative permission or licenses to access the data used in this research. The need for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee of the Musashino Red Cross Hospital owing to the retrospective nature of this study.
