: This study was approved by the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) on 11th April 2024 in accordance with the National Health and Medical Research Council Act 1992 and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2023 (ETH00431). A waiver of consent was acquired from the HREC for retrospective data collection. Verbal informed consent was obtained prior to the phone follow-up survey.
