: This was a claim-based, cross-sectional study involving descriptive analyses of data extracted from a claims database provided by DeSC Healthcare Inc.™. (Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan). The data were anonymized before provision to the authors. Therefore, the patient informed consent procedure was waived, and the experimental protocol was approved by the Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects Ethics Committee at Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (approval number: 100266). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was registered on the University Hospital Medical Information Network Clinical Trial Registry (UMIN ID: UMIN000052393).
