: This study was a secondary analysis of anonymized data from already published studies, conducted according to applicable ethical guidelines [See references: 8, 18, 9, 10]. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study in connection with the original data collection. Ethical approvals from relevant authorities were obtained during the primary data collection according to relevant regulations of the respective countries. For this type of study, formal consent is not required.
