: This study was approved by University of Sheffield and Curtin University for the UK and Australian data collection. All of the data is collected by SurveyEngine under surveillance of research group. No individual-level identification information. Please see Sect. 2.6. Consent has been got by digital consenting option (for the main survey) and signed consent form (for the qualitative consultations). It was an integral part of the survey and respondents had to agree before they could proceed. The research group collected no contact or personal identifiable information from the respondents. All of the respondents are informed in the consent form that their data will be used, as part of a survey sample, in data analysis and following academia presentations, including publications.
