: The study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of Hochschule Neubrandenburg (reference number HSNB/177/21). The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Participant confidentiality was safeguarded through pseudonymization and anonymization.
: All participants in both the qualitative and quantitative parts of the study provided informed consent. In the qualitative phase, participants were informed about the pseudonymization of their data and its subsequent processing in anonymized form. Quantitative data were collected in fully anonymized form from the outset.
