: Participants selected the interview locations, opting for quiet, private places such as conference rooms, homes, or coffee shops. They also confirmed the time, date, and location. Informed consent was obtained immediately after explaining the research procedures but before data collection began [], Rudestam & Newton, 2001, as cited in []. The informed consent form included details about the study’s conductors, participant selection, study purpose, time commitment, potential risks and their management, voluntary participation, confidentiality, and debriefing. Participants received a copy for their records.The initial in-depth, open-ended interviews lasted 45 to 60 min at the agreed times and locations. At each interview, the study’s purpose, procedures, risks, benefits, and confidentiality were reiterated, and the informed consent form was reviewed verbally to ensure participant understanding. Participants then signed the consent form to acknowledge their experience.All interviews were digitally recorded to capture exact wording and voice inflections. These recordings were transcribed for accuracy, and participants received copies of their transcripts to confirm correctness. Follow-up messages addressed any concerns, corrections, or questions participants had. Transcripts were reviewed thoroughly for understanding.
