: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between CYP450 gene polymorphism and lung cancer susceptibility. This study was conducted in vitro and has no adverse effects on patients’ health, because the samples used were the remaining samples after clinical examination and experimenters did not have direct contact with patients, so we applied for exemption from informed consent and got support from the Ethical Committees of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University (Acceptance No. KYLLSL-2018-265).
: This study only collected patients’ gender, age, and clinical diagnosis data and did not involve patients’ personal privacy. It did not provide test results to patients, and the privacy and identity information of subjects were guaranteed. This study is only a case–control study, not a basis for clinical diagnosis.
