: This study used 60 sound human third molar teeth that had recently been removed for periodontal or orthodontic purposes. All participants provided signed informed consent, authorizing the use of their extracted third molars for research purposes. All participants were over 18 years of age. The authors ensure that all procedures were conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
