: Patients provided informed consent for use of their plaque specimens under a protocol approved by the University of Wisconsin (UW) School of Medicine and Public Health Institutional Review Board. All murine datasets were acquired using protocols approved by the UW-Madison, Institutional Research Animal Resources and Compliance (RARC) Committee. Anesthesia was induced with 3−5% isoflurane.
