: Cadavers, donated to the Department of Anatomy, Tokyo Medical and Dental University, were used in this study. Before their death all donors declared that their remains would be donated to education and study. Our study complied with the Japanese law, titled The Act on Body Donation for Medical and Dental Education, and international ethical guidelines and laws concerning the use of human cadaveric donors in anatomical research. The study design was approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Tokyo Medical and Dental University (approval no.: #M2017-274).
