: Ethical approval was obtained from and all procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the University of Ibadan/University College Hospital (UI/UCH) Institution Review Board and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. Permission for the study was granted by the Aleshinloye market chairman and the leader of the female traders. To ensure data confidentiality, interviews were conducted only when there were no customers in the selected shops.
