: Reviewing the proposal was executed by a Local Committee of Bioethics at Jouf University, Saudi Arabia. Data were collected after ethical clearance. Administrative approvals were completed from the Ministry of Education and school management. The female teachers were invited to participate in the study after describing the objectives of the study and emphasizing the confidentiality of the collected data through anonymous, self-administered questionnaires. Informed written consent was obtained from participants who agreed to share in the study.
