Compliance with ethical standards

: Since the study involved the participation of human subjects, the ICF Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved the protocol for the 2017 GMHS. Nonetheless, since the researcher was not directly involved in the data collection, no ethical clearance was sought for this particular study. However, permission was obtained from ICF Macro for the use of the data sets in this study and the terms of use have been strictly observed.
