: This study was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Jimma University [R/GS/160/2006]. Permission to undertake the research was obtained from every relevant authority in Jimma Zone. In addition, the data collection and consent process were randomly checked by the Ethical Review Board to ensure the ethical undertaking of the research. All participants were informed about the voluntary and anonymous nature of the study and were told that they could terminate their participation at any time during the survey.All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
