: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to beginning any data collection, ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee (IHRERC) of CHMS, HU with reference number IHRERC/131/2022, and was given to the concerned body to get permission to conduct the study.

: The purpose of the study and method of data collection was elaborated for the concerned body as well as for study participants. The names of the study participants and other details that precisely identify the participant were not recorded, and the information collected from each study participant was kept confidential. Before the start of data collection, informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. All required precautions for protection against COVID-19 were taken into account during data collection.
