: The ethical clearance for this study was obtained from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Ethics Committee. Permission to carry out the study was obtained from the Anambra State Ministry of Health and the selected Local Government PHC Departments. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each of the study participant prior to carrying out the study. Study participants were assured that they were free to withdraw from the study at any time without any penalty.
