: The study complies with legislation, international conventions, and ethical research practices. Participation was entirely voluntary, and ethical rules for research on humans assured anonymity and confidentiality. All participants and corresponding parents provided informed consent before inclusion in the study, and the project obtained ethical approval from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Lusófona in Lisbon (Approval number JL2224), on 22nd July 2024.
