: This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki, and all procedures involving research study participants were approved by the Ethics Committee of Hiroshima University (approval number: E2024-0075). Prior to participating in the survey, individuals were provided with a comprehensive description of the study. Informed consent was obtained electronically through the selection of a confirmation option before proceeding with the survey. Their participation in the study was voluntary, and their confidentiality was secured. As the study was conducted within a university setting, individuals under the age of 16 were not included; therefore, parental or guardian consent was not required.
