: This study was conducted following the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Danish Data Protection Agency and from the Central Jutland Regional Committee on Health Research Ethics (reference no. 1-45-70-27-20), with a supplementary application approved on September 5, 2023. The project was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06555380) and in the local directory at Aarhus University (record no. 2022-0367531).
