: According to the Dutch law, a study like this does not require approval from an Ethics Review Board, as the study does not fall within the scope of the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO).
: The five authors did not receive any financial grants to conduct this study. The first author has an appointment as a researcher with the CNAC of one day a week. In addition, we would like to emphasize that this study does not necessarily reflect the view of the CNAC on Dutch social care policy.
