: This retrospective study was reviewed and approved by the NYU Langone Health Institutional Review Board (IRB No. i23-01439 ) and conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Belmont Report. All procedures involving human participants were carried out under the ethical standards of the institutional review board.
: The requirement for obtaining individual informed consent was waived given this retrospective review of de-identified clinical data, which posed minimal risk to participants and where obtaining consent was impractical.
