Ethical approval: The research proposal was submitted to the Human Subjects Protection Office at Penn State University, who determined that it met the criteria for exempt research according to university policies and federal regulations. Participants were fully informed on the goals of the research study and they consent to participate. The interviewers did not know their identity and the interviews were conducted with the camera off to protect their privacy. The study is compliant with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki.
