: Our study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines provided by the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity (TENK), which the University of Helsinki complies with. According to these guidelines, ethical review by the University of Helsinki Ethics Committee in Humanities and Social and Behavioural Sciences is not required if the research data collection falls outside of their criteria. Specifically, this research did not involve any physical interventions, did not focus on minors, did not expose participants to strong stimuli, and did not present any risk of mental harm or safety threats. Participation in our study was entirely voluntary, with all participants fully informed about the nature and purpose of the research. Given these points, a full ethical review by the University of Helsinki Ethics Committee was not necessary for our study.
