: Approval was obtained by the Ethics Committee at the McGill University Health Centre (2018-4369), who reviewed and monitored this study. All efforts were be made to ensure the confidentiality of participants, including the use of randomised study codes, encryption of electronic documents on password protected hospital servers, secure storage of printed materials, and timely destruction of study documents. In lieu of individual informed consent of patients, authorization to access patient charts was obtained from the Director of Professional Services (DPS) of the MUHC Glen Site – Adult Sector. All nurses agreed to participate. They were not consented by a boss or direct supervisor, but instead by the research coordinator for this study. Participation was voluntary and nurses could withdraw at any time or decline to participate without affecting their employment. Given limited to no risk of harms to participants, no data monitoring committee was be involved in data oversight.
: A signed informed consent form was obtained from each nurse by the research coordinator prior to inclusion in the study and scientific use of acquired data.
