: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. And approved by the Hanoi Medical University Institutional Ethical Review Board, number 108/GCN-HDDDNCYSH-DHYHN, on June 02, 2020.
: Written informed permission was also obtained from the management of all selected hospitals. Caregivers provided their written informed consent before their adolescents participated in the study, for all patients included we have written consent. Respondents could refuse or withdraw from the study at any time without any consequence. Adolescents were given an identification number on their information.
