: The study has been approved by the Norwegian regional committee for medical and health research ethics (REC) South East with Registration Number 2018/128. REC provides a general ethical approval to conduct the study as described in recruited clinical units. On the advice of local data protection officers at the trial sites, the PI on behalf of the University of Oslo has signed contracts on shared responsibility for data processing with each participating health care trust, allowing us to carry out the study at each trial site in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In the study reported here, informed consent was obtained verbally from all the interview participants. No personal data or information was collected from the participants and no transcripts or recordings were made of the interviews. Fidelity scores and reports were the only data produced. All the methods reported here were performed in accordance with the ethics committee approval, national legal regulations and guidelines for research ethics, and the WMA declaration of Helsinki.
