: The key informants gave verbal informed consent to participate in the current study and give information on the sustainment in their clinical unit. The preceding cluster-randomized clinical trial was approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics in Southeastern Norway (reg.no. REK 2015/2169) and by the data protection officer for each participating health trust. The study followed the principles in the Declaration of Helsinki. The manager of each clinical unit signed a written consent to participate in the trial, including consent to randomization.
