: This work was carried out under the project entitled “The role and mechanism of HuMSCs-Exos regulating histone demethylase KDM3A on mitochondrial integrity of ovarian granulosa cells in premature ovarian failure”. This study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital (Ethics Ref. No. 679). All experimental procedures were performed in accordance with the Ethical Guidelines from the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science. The human investigations conformed to the Declaration of Helsinki, and was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Center for Reproductive Medicine at Shanxi Children’s Hospital after informed consent was obtained from the patients.
