: The present study was reported according to the recommendation of ARRIVE guidelines for animal research. The method and process were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The Animal Ethics Committee of Dalian Ocean University approved all the studies used in this study. The anatomical experiments were performed under the anesthesia of ethyl 3-aminobenzoate mesylate (MS-222.Sigma-Aldrich.USA) to minimize the pain of fish.
