: The entire study was conducted at the Marine Scientific and Technological Park of the ECOAQUA University Institute, University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC, Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain), under the official animal production registration number (REGA): ES350260026567. The research was carried out following the general guidelines established by the Plan Nacional de Consolidación del Cultivo de Seriola ( Seriola dumerili )—PLANASER 2.0, and with the protocols approved by the Ethics and Animal Welfare Committee of ULPGC.
