Ethical approval: This study received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval to ensure the protection and privacy of all human participants. During recruitment, participants were fully informed of the study’s objectives, data collection methods, and intended uses of data. Online interviews were scheduled only after potential participants received and reviewed the consent form, and all interviews were recorded with the interviewees’ oral permission. Because the interview data include detailed descriptions of specific AI use cases and, in some instances, responses to sensitive questions, the full dataset cannot be publicly released. Disclosure of these materials could compromise participant privacy even with anonymization. Relevant excerpts from the interviews have been incorporated into the article to support the findings. Researchers who require access to the original interview data may request it from the author. Access will be granted only after signing a data-use agreement consistent with IRB guidelines to ensure continued protection of participant confidentiality.
