: The Institutional Review Board at Public Health Solutions approved all study procedures. A Data and Safety Monitoring Board, comprised of experts in trial designs, Internet research, web design, and populations living with HIV met three times (approximately once every six months) during active study recruitment to discuss issues related to participant safety, study validity, and data integrity. A Certificate of Confidentiality was also obtained from the National Institute of Mental Health to provide additional privacy protections for participants enrolled in this study.
