: Ethical clearance for DHS reports is sought from the Ethics Committee of ORC Macro Inc. as well as Ethics Boards of partner institutions (e.g., Ministries of Health) of the respective studied countries. The survey followed strict ethical standards and protocols by protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all the respondents. Inner City Fund International also ensures that the survey adheres to the United States Department of Health and Human Services’ regulations for the respect of human subjects.
