: According to Danish law, purely register- and questionnaire-based studies do not require approval by The Research Ethics Committee system. Before study onset, institutional approval at Statens Serum Institut (nos. 21–00053, 22–00210 and 24–06792) was obtained to ensure compliance with the European Union’s general data protection regulation (GDPR). To preserve confidentiality, all data analyses were performed using a pseudonymized dataset.
