: Since the authors did not collect the data for this paper, we obtained permission from the MEASURE DHS website. Access was granted after our request was reviewed and approved on February 13, 2024. The DHS surveys are ethically approved by the committees and ethics boards of partner organizations, such as the Ministries of Health, in each Sub-Saharan Africa country. The women with disabilities who participated in the surveys provided either written or verbal consent themselves or through their household heads.
