: The present study is a new and novel study to investigate to GCR intensity decreases at a much faster rate with the change in SSN, SSA, MCI, Mg II, and F10.7 during the ascending phase of solar cycles 24 and 25. This study is informative for terrestrial physical properties of the Sun. The observed solar rotational period and heliospheric effect make the solar cycles 24 and 25 very special and noteworthy to study.
