Declarations
:
: All authors declare that there are no potential conflicts of interest.
: CSIRO ethical clearance (043/23) was granted by the human ethics committee prior to the workshop.
: All focus group participants were given a participant information sheet at the beginning of the workshop, which informed them that the group discussions were being recorded for later interpretation and that notes would be taken by the facilitator. Participant information sheets (supplementary material 1) were distributed to participants, and they were given time to read these and ask questions before the plenary began. The plenary started with a slide on informed consent to participate in the workshop (supplementary material 2). At all stages of data collection, confidentiality and data management protocols were strictly followed. All information collected through focus group discussions was deidentified and reported in aggregate form to ensure that participants were not individually identifiable.
